What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week. Everyone must work at least one weekend day.
Full-Time: Work 4 shifts a week (8-12 hour shifts).

Responsibilities:
Sales Activities: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Present and promote products/services effectively. Achieve sales targets to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
General Labor Tasks: Physically able to lift 75lbs+ repeatedly. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise. Perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory movements.

Requirements: Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license (3+ years for insurance). Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Flexibility to adapt to both sales and labor responsibilities.
