We’re looking for an administrative assistant to help us keep things running smoothly and take our business to the next level. You’ll be an important part of our team, supporting daily operations and helping with a variety of tasks

Location: La Grange, IL – 100% in-office position

Pay: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Receivable: Handle payments and track money coming in.

• Accounts Payable: Help with reconciling bills and keeping our finances in order.

• General Accounting Tasks: Data entry and route journal entries.

• Customer Support: Assist with calls, emails, and text messages from customers with quick response and efficiency.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to get tasks done quickly and efficiently.

• Self-Management: Stay organized and prioritize tasks on your own.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is required

• Experience with Google Drive/Sheets (advanced skills preferred)

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Able to multitask and pay attention to details

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must pass a background check
